Custom Orders FAQ

Got questions about how our custom art comes to life? We break down the essentials—from ordering steps to pricing and delivery times—so you know exactly what to expect when crafting your unique gift.

  • How do I place a custom order?

Start by choosing your preferred product and sharing your personalization ideas through our simple form when adding the product to the cart. We’ll review your details and get back with a design proposal to ensure it matches your vision.

  • What determines the price of a custom piece?

Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, materials used, lights, and size. Each piece is handcrafted, so we tailor costs to reflect the time and care invested in your one-of-a-kind creation.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. This allows us to carefully craft your item and ensure quality before shipping it to your doorstep.

  • Can I request changes after placing my order?

Minor tweaks are welcome during the design approval stage. Once production begins, changes become limited to keep the process smooth and timely.
